Paragliding Training
1. Know Your GearThe wing (canopy) has cells that inflate with air. A/B/C/D lines connect to risers. Brake toggles control trailing edge.
2. Ground HandlingLay wing behind you. Pull A-risers to inflate. Use brakes to keep overhead. Practice in light wind first.
3. LaunchFace into wind on a slope. Inflate canopy, check lines are clear. Run forward until airborne.
4. Active FlyingUse weight shift + brake for turns. Pull LEFT brake to turn left (A key). Feel the pressure in the toggles.
5. ThermalsRising warm air! Shimmering columns mark them. Circle INSIDE tightly. Watch vario go green!
6. Wind GustsSudden red flash = WIND GUST! Correct with brake. Stay away from mountains in turbulence.
7. Landing AccuracyApproach INTO wind. Hit the target for BONUS POINTS. Smooth flare = perfect landing!
