Play Blockchain Defender →Equipment: Kite (9m-12m for beginners), control bar, harness with spreader bar, twin-tip board, wetsuit, helmet.
Step 1: Ground practice — learn to fly the kite on land first. Understand the wind window (edge = less power, center = full power).
Step 2: Body drag — get pulled through water by the kite. No board yet. Learn kite control in the water.
Step 3: Water start — board perpendicular to wind, dive kite from 12 o'clock, stand up as power hits.
Step 4: Riding upwind — edge the board, lean back, keep kite at 45 degrees.
Equipment: Wing (EN-A for beginners), harness, reserve parachute, helmet, vario, radio.
Step 1: Ground handling — inflate the wing, keep it overhead using brake toggles. Practice in 10-15 km/h wind.
Step 2: Forward launch — face downhill into wind, inflate, check lines, run until airborne.
Step 3: Active flying — weight shift + brake for turns. Pull LEFT brake = turn left.
Step 4: Thermals — rising warm air. When vario beeps, circle tightly inside the thermal to gain altitude.
Equipment: Main canopy, reserve, AAD (auto-deploy at 750ft), altimeter, helmet, goggles, jumpsuit.
Step 1: Arch position — belly to earth, pelvis forward, arms and legs spread. This is your stable "box" position.
Step 2: Altitude awareness — check altimeter every 5 seconds during freefall. Deploy at 1000m minimum.
Step 3: Deployment — arch hard, reach back, grab pilot chute, throw into clean air.
Step 4: Canopy control — check it's open. Steer with toggle lines. Face INTO wind for landing. Flare both toggles at hip level.
